Slipstream is a unique concept as a coffee shop in the morning with a wide range of coffee and food options and a craft cocktail bar at night with a light food menu. Slipstream is on a sharp corner of the building. It is easily seen from both streets. When you enter you have two choices; 1. To grab a coffee and go or 2. Sit and enjoy. If you choose to grab a coffee, you join the line and head toward coffee ordering. The merchandising counter provides a shape and direction to the line. You are greeted with a smile at a sleek modern counter with a chalk board menu to your left and a wood ceiling overhead. You order and follow the counter as it changes to wood, and then back to stone for the delivery location. And you are out the door. If you choose to sit, you venture toward the back of the space. You are welcomed by a warm and unique bar, a tall communal table and a well illuminated, funk wall covering. Here you can sit and enjoy the light fare in a light, but warm and comfortable space.
