Project Description:
//3877 completed a full renovation of 75 Observatory Circle in Massachusetts Avenue Heights. The 4,200-square-foot home is located on a secluded street that wraps around the Naval Observatory. The new owners have some well known residents living nearby: the property is on the same block as a home owned by the Clintons, and adjacent to the Vice President’s compound. Having decided to renovate the property, Sundaram Development called upon //3877 to do the job.

The team reworked the home to maximize space and natural light. Drawing inspiration from modern Scandinavian architecture, //3877 used stripped-down cedar gables throughout the interior, complemented by the clean lines of the home’s original Tudor structure. 75 Observatory Circle features five bedrooms, four baths, a finished basement, and hardwood floors throughout.
